Your report of the excellent start of this new work under the over-site of The Jenks Avenue congregation is exciting. The first phase of a church planting is very critical and you and Jenks Avenue have completed this phase very well. We are pleased to accept the opportunity to oversee this work as you begin the next phase. We have extensive experience in church plantings in foreign mission fields and believe these experiences can be helpful to you in this work. We would be honored and pleased to take on the oversight of the Franklin County Florida work effective immediately. We have followed your work through the years and are impressed with your competent approach to church plantings especially in difficult areas. We remember you in your studies at Heritage Christian University in Florence, Alabama and were impressed with your straightforward effective manner of doing the work of an evangelist even as a student. We noted that you won several awards when you completed studies and graduated. We look forward to working with you. We are encouraged by the number and quality of congregations that are currently supporting your work in Franklin County. We look forward to working with them as we continue this good work. The Stewartsville congregation will gladly handle funds for this work and be responsible for a complete financial accounting every quarter.
